• Pre-Packing Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@interioware.com or +91 9448366834. Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been packed for dispatch.

• Post-Packing/Shipping Cancellation: Once an order has been packed or shipped, we regret that cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible Cancellations: Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made before packing has begun. In such cases, refunds will be processed after deducting any payment gateway charges incurred.

• Ineligible Cancellations: If the order has been processed using EMI or Pay Later options, refunds cannot be issued. However, you may place a new order for the same products at a later date if needed.
