1. Refund Eligibility

At Interioware, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or Wrong Transaction: If an error occurred during the transaction process—such as an incorrect charge or processing mistake—please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, process a refund for the affected transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product or have changed your mind, we cannot process a refund.

  • Product Misuse: Refunds will not be provided for products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

  • Purchase via EMI: Refunds will not be available for products purchased using the EMI option.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Product exchanges are only permissible if the purchase was made using UPI or cash. Purchases made using EMI are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping for the exchanged product will be borne by the buyer. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

4. Refund Process and Deductions

  • Refund Procedure: If a refund is applicable and approved, the refund amount will be subject to a deduction of up to 5% of the product value to cover payment gateway charges and other taxes.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval date.
